Meet Deb
Deb Pentek, owner of Vacation Memories by Deb and a Certified Travel Associate (CTA®), runs a boutique travel agency dedicated to creating seamless, thoughtfully planned vacations. Based in Chicago, she works with clients across the U.S. who are looking for more than just a booking—they want a well-organized, comfortable, and truly memorable travel experience.

She specializes in escoreted and custom travel to Europe and Asia, as well as river cruising and luxury ocean cruising. Most of her clients are couples, families, or small groups looking for 4- and 5-star stays, private transfers, and experiences that make a trip feel special — like wine tastings, food tours, local guides, or skip-the-line access to big sites.

Deb is well-traveled herself and brings that firsthand experience to every itinerary. She's big on planning with care and making sure her clients feel confident before they go.

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, reading, gardening, spending time with her husband and adult kids, and planning her own trips (usually to Europe or exotic places, preferably with good wine and food and a bit of history).
